Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Verlumia LED face mask. If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund.
How to request a return Contact us at verlumia.contact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
Condition of returned items Items should be returned unused where possible, in their original packaging, along with all accessories (controller, charging cable, manual). If the mask has been used, we may offer a partial refund or exchange depending on condition.
Refund processing Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or faulty items If your mask arrives damaged or develops a fault covered by the 1-year warranty, contact us immediately with photos of the issue — we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Policy
We currently ship worldwide with tracked delivery, arriving in 10–12 business days on average.
Shipping rates Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
